New version of Meeting tool available!

Could WP Meeting get any better? Yes, and it’s available NOW! It’s my pleasure to announce a BRAND new version of WP Meeting. The entire engine has been redesigned, and although all the same functions are in place, they will be much more efficient and less prone to errors.

Here’s the short list of improvements:

  • Faster upload! And the converter accepts more pdf and PowerPoint doc types
  • Audio AND video quality now significantly improved!
  • Attendee statistics are available to presenters
  • New Exit Conference button (“log me out” and “log out all” for presenters)
  • Entirely new whiteboard-sharing functionality
  • Improved camera detection and manipulation
  • New, improved design and graphics
  • AND…COMING SOON!

  • Desktop sharing, which allows presenters and attendees to virtually “network” their desktops and toggle live screens (opt in only basis, of course!)
  • Audio filters to reduce background noise
  • Private chat rooms for “offline commentary”
