* How can I promote WebProsperity right now?
In the current Pre-Launch phase you should spread the word by promoting your WebProsperity prelaunch site:

where username is the username you have requested at the sign-up point.
Here are a few ideas:
* send personal emails to all of your top leaders to get them excited
* send an email broadcast announcement to the list of your contacts (via a service such as GetResponse)
* put a link to your WebProsperity prelaunch site on your existing website
Most importantly, spread the word, get in touch with your contacts and let them know about this exciting new opportunity!
* When does WebProsperity launch and what is going to happen then?
WebProsperity Founders’ Launch takes place on Tuesday, January 13th at 12 Noon New York / EST time-zone (9 AM Pacific, 5 PM UK, 6 PM Europe). If you are in Asia or Australia, due to the time-zone
difference that will effectively be January 14th for you (1 AM Hong Kong/Singapore, 2 AM Tokyo, 4 AM Sydney).
Once we launch, you will be immediately able to lock-in and secure your membership with a credit card purchase. This enables you to:
* gain access to WebProsperity back-office
* use the products
* access / modify your customizable WebProsperity Personal Site
* Will it still be possible to join WebProsperity free of charge after January 13th just like we can now in the Pre-Launch phase?
No. The free pre-launch positioning phase effectively expires on January 13th at 12 Noon EST. From that point on to join WebProsperity, you’ll need to place a credit card order.
On your WebProsperity Personal Site there will be a free email sign-up form for those who are not instantly ready to pay. While these sign-ups don’t get a “position” and are not placed in your network, we will automatically follow-up with these prospects and repeatedly entice them to join via your WP Personal Site. After a few of such follow-ups your prospects will hopefully make a decision to join WebProsperity, at which point they will be placed into your organization.
* How much will it cost me to join WebProsperity? What are the set-up fees? Are there any “hidden” fees?
WebProsperity Elite Builder package costs $59.95 per month and gives you access to all 6 products, as well as to all pillars of the WebProsperity Freedom Compensation Plan and unlimited earnings. There’s a one-time $20 set-up fee for the Elite Builder package.
WebProsperity Premium Builder package costs $29.95 per month and gives you access to basic products (WP Media and WP Meeting are not available and WP Contact is limited). With Premium Builder, your earnings are capped at $10,000 per month maximum and you do not participate in the Platinum Leadership Development Bonus. There’s a one-time $10 set-up fee for the Premium Builder package.
* What form of payments will be allowed? Will you take PayPal payments?
We will accept standard Visa and Mastercard credit cards and debit cards, as well as American Express (AMEX) credit cards. The following cards will NOT be accepted: Maestro, Solo, Switch, Plus, Cirrus, Interac, and other non-Visa / non-Mastercard debit/ATM cards. Visa Electron debit/ATM card may or may not work depending on the issuing bank’s policy for accepting Internet transactions. Regrettably, we will NOT accept PayPal, because PayPal doesn’t allow network marketing companies as merchants.
* Do I have to pay at the Launch on January 13th? Will I lose my position if I don’t?
You have until January 30th to place your payment in order to secure your membership.
You will NOT lose your position if you won’t lock-in your account at the Launch on January 13th. However, we strongly encourage you to secure your position during the Launch day, because you will then gain access to your personalized website, take advantage of the products and get all the crucial information and know-how that will shape your WebProsperity opportunity in the future.
* What will exactly happen on January 30th?
January 30th is the next phase that we call the WebProsperity Global Launch. On that day we will flush out all unpaid positions and create the WebProsperity matrix that will consist solely of paid-for positions.
On January 30th you will be able to fully access your statistics and view your entire downline, including the “spill-over” you receive from your upline.

* When will I get paid?
The first checks will be sent mid-February. Specific date will be announced soon. In subsequent months, we will be sending the checks on the 15th of every month.
* How will I get paid?
The commission payouts will be made by USD checks issued by a USA bank. We are working on adding ACH payout capability for our USA members, and EURO-zone wire transfers for our European members.
* I am from outside of the USA. Is WebProsperity available for international members?
Yes. WebProsperity is available internationally.

* Is there an earnings cap (maximum) in WebProsperity?
If you are an Elite Builder Member, your earnings are unlimited. In other words, there’s no earnings cap/maximum if you have an Elite Builder account.
If you are a Premium Builder Member, your earnings are capped at $10,000 per month maximum. You may upgrade your account to Elite Builder and get unlimited earning level, but you must do so in 90 days from joining WebProsperity. If you don’t upgrade within the first 90 days, your account is permanently locked to $10,000 per month maximum earnings.

This is truly exciting stuff! But, I’m kind of new at the MLM game.
Could somebody please explain “spillover” to me? Where does it come from? Who gets it? How does it effect your matrix? Does the increasing number of free sign ups during the pre-launch add to the amount of spillover we all get?
I can’t wait to get started on the 13th. Dave and crew have created a wonderful opportunity for many thousands of people. Wonder how long it will take to reach a million? Won’t that just knock everybodies socks off.

One question on the compensation. How do you arrive at the $30,000 number for the momentum matrix when the 15th level alone consists of 32,000 members that according to your power point would be paid at $4 per member.

The confusion I am seeing out there is about the $29.95 a month plan. Some say, on that plan members must directly sponsor 3 members in order to earn past level 5. Some are saying that they must sponsor 1 to earn at all. I think this is a very big question that needs some clear straight forward answer from support. Obviously, there is people spreading the word in a misconception manner. Not intentionally. They just hear one thing and think it is true. I even ask my upline who has well over 25,000 members, and he could not answer my question in regards to a requirement for those on the $30 plan. He said, he thinks they must sponsor 1. Does anyone know the answer? Thanks in advance.

Also, just to clarify. How exactly would the Leadership Bonus be calculated?
To my understanding, lets say I have a Platinum leader, and I myself am PL of course, and they have 5,000 paid members. That would be $50,000 in voulme, 5,000 X 10 USD ( volume basis), and the 20% of $50,000 is $10,000 a month in commissions for the Leadership bonus.
These clarifications would be immensely helpful.

I see that Ewen Chai’s testimony got on the frontpage of the sample-personal home page. I am happy because he is my upline and our team is going to be getting lots of spill-over from his list.
I have already got more than 70 downlines sign up ( most of which I do not know) and I want to know how I can access to all of them now to write to them and encourage them to promote with their links. How can I do that!??

Jeff that would be $6 or $12 and not $4 because they say that it is a 20% on the 15th level ($30×20%=$6 and $60×20%=$12)
There is something I do not understand…
Lets say that I’m at the 15th level of Mr X.
This means that 15 people above me must be paid 5% each, except from Mr X that must be paid 20% because I’m at his 15th level and Mr Y that must be paid 10% because I’m at his 10th level.
Also Mr Z must be paid another 20% because he personally referred me…
So…
13×5% + 20% + 10% + 20% = 115%
This means that WP will pay to commissions 100% of the money I paid them plus another 15% from their own pocket.
Also there is a chance that they will have to pay the Platinum Leader Development Bonus if I have Platinum Leaders at my upline, which means even more money from their pocket.
My questions:
Am I saying something wrong?
If yes, where is the mistake?
If no, why WP do this? What are you making out of this?

The momentum matrix is calculated off of $10 or $20 of sales volume per member. I see the updated payout schedule for level of activity. It is different than what was posted in the original terms and conditions. So, to clarify, if you had 12 sponsored members based on the above formula you could potentially earn $1 per member on levels 1-9 and 11-13 which would be $15,358 plus $2 per member on level 10 for $2,048 for a total of $17,406. Please verify. If you were then to get the 24 members and get paid on levels 14 & 15 according to the payout schedule that would be $16,392 for level 14 and then over $120,000 for level 15 at $4 per member.

I have a couple of questions:
The way I understand it, we earn 20% commissions on our direct referrals. Do we earn the 20% no matter what level of our matrix they fall into? If not, could you break down the percentages per level?
Also, what percentage do we earn on our spillover, and could you break down the percentages per level for those as well?
These questions may be answered somewhere, and if they are, I apologize for missing them - please direct me to the answers.

Charalampos Kapetanios I can help you with your question. The 5% is not based on the entry amount of $30 or $60 dollars. It is based on 10usd dollars for $30 members and 20usd for $60 members.
This means that if someone enrolls for $30 then 13 levels are getting 5% of 10$ (since it is based on 10usd)
So looking at your 13X5 + 20% + 10% + 20%
(13 x 5) equals $6.5 (5% X 10usd X 13).. Then 20% of entry amount equals $6 (20% X $30 for pace setter bonus). 10% equals $1 ( 10% x 10usd) and 20% equals $2 (20% X 10usd). The total money paid out here would be $15.50 on a $30 sale. Also keep in mind this is when all 15 levels are full. There will be many sales for people where much less is paid out, but when it is full you can see that are paying out just over 50%.
In terms of the Platinum Leaders Bonus this leaves plenty of money left to make those payments and also keep in mind for every elite position there is a $20 set up fee which will also generate additional monies.
This is a solid pay plan which will pay with no problems with this type of a company, product line and the needed support staff. There is no other opportunity that can pay like this because of additional cost to produce products, facilities, staffing etc…..
We are in great shape and good hands here. It is now time that we all cash in on it by going to work and marketing our little Bu*** off.

I don’t understand why said that “Paypal doesn’t allow network marketing companies as merchant”? is it GDI a network marketing company?they use Paypal ! People feel secured pay with Paypal than CC,I wish WebProsperity will use Paypal soon or at least some other payment form maybe wire transfer will be better than cheque only.I’m afraid US cheque will be problem with our local banks.

I would recommend people consider registering a domain name for advertising purposes and use “URL forwarding” to send people directly to their username.webprosperity.com site.
For example…. register a “good” domain like internetmarketing.com, incomeopportunities.biz, worldincome.info, (etc…) and use that name for your advertising. It is much easier when talking to someone to tell them a simple to remember domain address rather than username.webprosperity.com
Remember …. don’t register crappy domain names!

Because it’s based on Forced Matrix , the members that you will enroll will be placed somewhere in the matrix (at an available spot).
So , when your UPLINE enroll more then 2 members they will be placed blow those 2 members.
Spill-over is When your upline is helping you to build your downline,
So everyone above you is actually helping you to build your downline.

Everyone that I’ve signed up has not sponsored anyone as of yet. Which leaves me thinking that they are not trying or are having trouble sponsoring others.
Being that their is no way to contact them and encourage them, this put’s me in a bad position.
After all the time (and money) that I’ve put into promoting this I’m afraid all of my efforts will be lost if they don’t become paid members. And if I’m correct, that would put in the “Associate” level where I would only earn on the 1st 5 levels.
If this is correct, then I would only earn enough to cover my own subscription.
I know someone may say “Yeah, but look at all the tools that you’ll get”.
That’s cool, but, the vast majority of the folks signing up are doing so for the business opportunity, and not the tools. If they pay come Jan.13th, and see that they are not seeing all the spillover we’ve been promised up until this FAQ was posted, I’m afraid many are going to jump ship.
I guess what I’m asking is,What happened to all the spillover from the 2×15 matrix we heard about since Dec 28th? Has that changed? If no one in our downlines become active members, then we will only earn on 5 levels?
This is really bothering me. I’m starting to feel like the rules are being changed in the middle of the game which is so typical of other mlm programs I’ve been involved with.
I sure hope I’m wrong about this.
I do believe, if my original understanding is correct, that WP has the potential to make everybody who joins during pre-launch incredibly prosperous.
Is their anyway the WebProsperity Recognition Ranks and associated personal sponsorship requirements be put in effect after Jan. 30th?
That way everyone who joins before the Jan. 30th deadline will be in the best position possible and receive spill over down 15 levels.

In regards to the costs and benefits of early sign up, the bottom two FAQ’s seem to contradict each other.
One says “sign up now and you will be immediately able to lock-in and secure your membership with a credit card purchase.”
While the other says if you wait till after the 13th “to join WebProsperity, you’ll need to place a credit card order.”
By these two statements, I don’t see what the difference between signing up now and later is aside from the downline you could create in the mean time. What am I missing here?

My biggest question would be: How many people are at the top, first level to the company?
In other words, does the company only have 2 on their first level such as everyone else will have as first levels in the matrix? This would be very exciting if it is true!!
Or is there many matrixs set first level to the company all growing at different speeds? This would make a big difference on the speed of everyone’s matrix due to spill over that occurs on a matrix plan.

Nowhere in our FAQ is or was the quote you mentioned:
“sign up now and you will be immediately able to lock-in
and secure your membership with a credit card purchase.”
Instead, there’s the following sentence which is not
contradicting the other paragraph you quoted:
“Once we launch, you will be immediately able to lock-in and secure your membership with a credit card purchase.”
(”once we launch” refers to the Founders’ Launch that takes off on January 13, at 12 Noon EST)

PayPal doesn’t allow MLM companies and that’s an undeniable fact
as evidenced here.
If an MLM company is accepting PayPal it means that they are “flying below the radar” undetected, but this may sooner or later turn against them and their members. PayPal shuts down such merchants and freezes all the money in the account. This has happened many times before.
At WebProsperity we will never accept that risk and we will never pass it on to our members. As such, WebProsperity will never ever accept PayPal until PayPal changes its anti-MLM policies.

If you sponsored a Platinum who had 5,000 active members in his/her matrix, and you were also a Platinum, I believe you would earn 20% of their earnings.
It would not, however, be 5000 x $10 = $50,000 x 20% or $10,000, as you calculate. The matrix is based on 10BV for $30 members and 20BV for $60 members. A platinum will earn 5% of $10 or $20 (.50 cents or $1)on levels 1-9, 10% of $10 or $20 ($1 or $2) on level 10, 5% of $10 or $20 on levels 11-14 (.50 cents or $1), and 20% of $10 or $20 on level 15 ($2 or $4) The preceding is based on how I understand the matrix to work - I am NOT corporate speaking!
Let’s say those 5000 members were spread out over the 15 levels of your Platinum members matrix, and it paid your Platinum member $7,500 in commissions (all hypothetical of course). You would earn 20% of $7,500 or $1,500 (in addition to your own matrix earnings).
That’s MY understanding of how it works. If Simon wants to clarify, please do. I am TOTALLY confused when David says the Momentum Matrix can only pay $30,000 a month, because our 15th level holds more than 30,000 people, and it is SUPPOSED to pay 20% of $10 or $20, which is $2 to $4 per member on that level alone. The 15th level alone could be worth $60K+ to $120K+ a month.
Am I missing something? Any math geniuses out there? Anyone out there with any comments, corrections, or sage wisdom would be appreciated!

Is the free membership for real? or is is ‘free’ until the program officially launches.

I think it has something to do with the $30 plan cap. You see, if a $30 plan member can only earn down 5 levels and caps at $10,000, then how would that pay 15 levels up? I don’t know either ‘Jenkins’ and just sort of guessing on the math having to be compared on the upward levels.
What was stated as a very simple compensation plan, has been confusing members since they started to closely try to figure it out. It would have been good, if full information with complete images and explanations and dollar figures along with percentages would have been on a compensation plan page, instead of hairy info on a tos page.
For me, it does not matter if it is prelaunch or full launch. I feel that I should be able to answer every prospect questions legitimately and truthfully.
To this point, I think I finally have the entire compensation plan down pact EXCEPT as ‘Jenkins’ has pointed out above. I don’t know the answer either.
I would also like to know if the set up fee is for founders launch?
Because I have read and been told that the set up fee is WAIVED for the founders launch.
I can tell you, if I did not have a single solitary spillover and not a single solitary sign up, I would go for the $60 (Elite) plan anyway. It is a big savings and it is something I have truly been waiting to come along for years! I’ve got friggin autoresponders all over the place and by way of my own servers, by wave of aweber, by way of trafficwave, by way of…..all over…..I even have various autoresponder software such as maxsponder.
I’ve got so many email accounts with various contacts that It makes my head spin.
I’m behind in the times when it comes to audio and video.
I not only want, I NEED all these tools in one place so I can get organized and build my businesses more efficiently and more effectively.
So don’t mis-understand me. I’m going for the gusto. However, as an online marketer and owning various online programs, I got to know exactly how the pay plan works in order to answer questions. As stated, I cannot answer about the $30,000 and I cannot answer about the set up fee for founding members. Would like to know.

Fantastic job so far with WebProsperity with the FAQ and the Blog. The response times for questions etc. has been great for a “pre-launch” company. It appears to me that they are ready way beyond “Pre-Launch”!!
Also, if we all find two builders and teach those two builders to find two builders you have a duplicatable system. It is as simple as that.
Too many will “Analize until they are Paralyzed” trying to figure out all the levels and how it works.
Find two builders-teach them to each find two builders and so on and so on.. When you have found and taught your two -Start again!

1. International company with smart people running it
2. Products that all internet marketers need and want, AND will keep
3. MLM
4. Matrix system
5. Duplicateable (spelling?)
6. Huge array of experienced upline people
7. NO storage, shipping or handling costs
8. Saleable business once we build it
9. No out of stock or results problems
10. Sponsor 24 people teach them to do the same, get quite rich
11. Help the motivated, kick out the tire kickers

It appears that some think you must pay by Jan. 30th to preserve your reserved spot but I get the impression you must lock in by paying your money PRIOR to Jan. 30th. I believe it is the noon 13th launch to midnight the 29th for making your participation choice and paying your money. ???

PayPal. Though it is definitely against PayPal’s terms for WP to accept payments (or advertise on their sites that they accept PayPal), there is one way around this, without getting anyone in “trouble”:
PayPal offers both a debit and a credit card (both MasterCard).
The main requirement for the debit card is that you must be in good standing with PayPal for 6 months. Whatever your reason, it is a good thing, if you use your PayPal account a lot, as you can withdraw from atms, and use it for signature purchases.
Something Web Prosperity may also consider is :

Many MAJOR corporations are already on board, and it gives people more options. I plan on using it as an incentiive for others to join if they do not have a credit card (they have not launched yet, but..soon!

I checked the FAQ’s.
It states that “you have until Jan. 30th to place your payment in order to secure your membership” My Jan. 30th will START at 12 midnight as far as I know.
If it had said ‘thru Jan. 30th’ I beieve I would have had all day on the 30th to make that payment. Food for thought guys. IF I am correct it might prevent some customer problems.
For me and thousands of others it does not matter because we will pay today for a great program offering us a chance to do very well financially for years to come. It will still require work and staying motivated when things slow a bit at times. The opportunity sure beats the heck out of selling any thing else out there and you get the tools to do it.
Though I have never been wealthy, I have written a book, own a US Patent and have been a commercial helicopter pilot for well over twenty years, BUT this is my chance to become fairly wealthy. I will do it, will you?

Great Questions being asked. Looks like those who already have exisiting contact lists are benefitting most form the pre-launch. Web Prosperity should be around for a long time and I plan to use it to grow my Contact list.

I think a secured electronic payment should be considered as an option for your international opportunity,since asian people prefer Paypal for its secured,convenient way and lower bank fee to cashout than cheque,I believe we will easier to recruit members with this commission payment feature.

1. How many people can we have in a webinar or telecast?
2. WP looks like a great way to keep in contact with our team, sort of a virtual office, using different mediums, but can we use the autoresponders, for other affiliate and Internet marketing campaigns?
