In response to Janie Wilson’s questions posted on the Blog 5th of January:

Dear Janie,

Thank you for the questions you have raised.

We are doing our best to make answers available, not only via direct
emails, but also through this blog, which allows a lot more people to
benefit.

Every effort is being made to keep this process as prompt as possible.
We hope this is of value to you and others in your team. We will also be publishing the FAQ on the blog later today.

1. The advantage of already signing up to WebProsperity during
Prelaunch phase is so that you will be able to secure your position
in the matrix after we launch. The great news is that the prelaunch
sign up phase has now been extended to the January 13th, at 12 Noon
EST (9 AM Pacific, 5 PM UK, 6 PM Europe).

2. The membership can be cancelled at anytime; there is no specific
time period required.

3. In case of a refund or a chargeback, the commissions will be reversed. If it has already been paid, we will deduct it from your future commissons. If the membership has been canceled (no refund or chargeback) the commissions for the sponsor/upline for this position will stop.

4. WebProsperity will provide you with the following website:
http://[[login]].webprosperity.com which you will be able to personalize
and edit.

5. WebProsperity will be offering the following two packages:
--------------------------------------------------------
Premium Builder package $29.95/month
--------------------------------------------------------
Contact: 3 campaigns + default campaign
Media: not available
Meeting: not available
Finder: available
AddressBook: 200 unique contacts
Calendar: available
---------------------------------------------------
Elite Builder package $59.95/month
---------------------------------------------------
Contact: unlimited campaigns
Media: unlimited files, pictures and documents
Meeting: 200 conference recipients
Finder: available
AddressBook: unlimited contacts
Calendar: available

6. The Webinars/Conferences can be saved and edited and posted on
someone’s website.

We hope this information has been helpful, however please feel free
to always contact us on support@cs.webprosperity.com if you have any
further questions.

Kind regards,

I'm trying very hard to be patient, and I could be if time wasn't of the essence here. Maybe it's not. I've been waiting 4 hours and need to answer these prospects questions. NOW their question is: "Is it always this hard to get help"? Well, not if you have a sponsor who truly cares about your success (and I'm not sure I do), or a customer service line to call or email.

If ANYONE has the answers to these questions, I can be reached at:
janie@eleganteffectsmaskerade.com

Thanks,
Janie

In my recruiting efforts over the last 2 days (since I first heard about this opportunity) I've been asked some questions that I don't know and can't find the answers to. A FAQ page would be SO helpful. If anyone can answer these for me, I would be so grateful!

1. What are the benefits of getting in on the pre-launch verses waiting till Feb or March?
2. If someone signs up, then decides in 3 weeks, or 3 months, etc. they no longer want to do this, can they simply resign/quit?
3. If someone does quit, are there chargebacks?
4. The website he's speaking of. Is this ones current website that these things can be added to or does WP give you a website or both?
5. The package choice. Where is written info on that? The question I'm getting is, "does it have to be paid for a year up front or can it really be paid monthly".
6. The webinars/conference calls (this has been asked a LOT) - can they be saved and edited and put on someone's website, etc. or do they have to remain on the WP server?

I'm trying to get as many people in today as I can, but I REALLY need answers to the above questions because those are the ones I'm being asked. Need to create the sense of URGENCY!

I'm a virtual assistant and know the demand for a product such as this. I'm very excited about where it's going. However, my client uses xiosoft and aweber. She's gonna be a tough conversion.

Thanks so much for your help!
